Shipping & Returns

Delivery:
Standard delivery is normally within 5 working days within mainland England and Wales by Fastway Couriers. 

If you’re not home, we could always leave you parcel (for items that do not require a signature) in a safe place or with a neighbour of your choice. 

Delivery of larger items:
For items that require a two-man delivery i.e. the Electrolux Gas Barbecues, Wood Fired Pizza Oven and the Multi Fuel Inset Stove we will use our nominated carrier which is Nightfreight.

For these items delivery is within 10 working days and we offer an AM or PM delivery.  Nightfreight will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time and again either by text/telephone to confirm delivery 48 hours in advance.

The carriers will place your item in situ, remove packaging and take it away with them if requested.

NB: For deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Grampians, Highlands or outside UK Mainland there maybe a possible surcharge.  Please contact us on 01282 478200 or email sales@rectella.com and we will advise you of the shipping cost.
